Description
The Heart of the Hill Action Plan is a community-led effort for neighborhood improvement in South Allison Hill. The first phase of the Heart of the Hill Action Plan was completed in 2017 and defined core community values and initial strategies. The Plan Update process, began in 2019 and focused on developing projects related to Housing and Commercial Development, Recreation and Open Space and Safety and Circulation. Unique community engagement activities included a Trick-Or-Treat Assets and Challenges Event, Youth Engagement Day and a Holiday Stocking Stuffer Event.
